We work out the right tasks, workflows, roles and team structure, and send it to you in writing.
03Build
We recruit and train the people who will do your work, on your processes and systems.
04Operate
The team works as an extension of your business, to your processes.
05Improve
We review quality and workflows with you regularly and tell you what we would change.
Where the first two stages happen.
The scope is Design
We write back which tasks we would take on first, how they would be handed over, and what the team around them looks like, including whether the work needs a full-time agent or a share of one. In writing, before anything is signed.
